EIRDOC -- Online Doctor Consultation Platform

The Challenge

Patients needed a way to consult a doctor, receive a prescription, and have it fulfilled by a pharmacy without an in-person visit, while the operator needed an administrative system to manage doctors, patients, appointments, and prescription workflows at scale.

Discovery

Discovery mapped the full consultation-to-prescription-to-pharmacy workflow, the different roles involved (admin, doctor, patient, pharmacy), and the access boundaries each role needed.

The Solution

A role-based web platform for administrators and doctors, paired with a React Native mobile app for patients, covering appointment booking, prescription issuance, and pharmacy integration end to end.

UI/UX Approach

A role-based interface -- separate views for administrators, doctors, and patients -- designed around the actual consultation and prescription workflow rather than a generic dashboard template.

Implementation

Built and delivered as a production system actively used to manage doctors, patients, appointments, and prescription services.

Security

Role-based access control across admin, doctor, and patient views, with two-factor authentication support and account suspension controls for administrators.

Deployment

Deployed and running in production on Microsoft Azure.
